This site should work for everyone who uses it, including people using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, magnifying the page, or relying on captions.

What we are aiming for

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We have not completed a formal audit, so we are not claiming conformance today. We would rather tell you what we are working on, and make it easy to reach us when something gets in your way.

What we are doing

• Building pages with clear, meaningful HTML structure
• Making the site usable with a keyboard, not only a mouse
• Choosing colors and text sizes that stay readable
• Writing alternative text for images
• Building menus and forms to work with screen readers

Tell us and we will fix it. Email orders@veryverygoodtea.com and we will reply within 2 to 3 business days. If something on the site is stopping you from ordering, say so in the subject line and we will place the order for you.

Some parts of the site come from other companies, such as embedded video and checkout. We choose accessible options where we can, but some of it is outside our control. Tell us if any of it is not working for you.
